Hi friends! I am so glad that you are here! I'm Maddie Burns, best described as a cat loving, travel enthusiast, book nerd, who's personality trait is legit titled "The Romantic" (shout out to my fellow Enneagram 4s!).

Throughout my 24 years of life, I have found myself enthralled by the ability of art evoking emotion. Through words, written or spoken, music, film, photo and every other medium, humans have the ability to mold stories at the touch of their fingertips. Humans are so cool!!

​

From reading The Lord of the Rings trilogy in 5th grade, to developing my first film roll in high school, passion for telling and experiencing stories has been embedded into my soul for my whole life.

On a day that I am not working you can find me playing grass volleyball (woohoo washed up college athlete!), breaking my book buying ban at Barnes and Nobles, thrifting, or gettin my moves on at a concert.

My job allows me to connect with people, hear their stories, and engage in creating something that has meaning for the rest of their lives and beyond. I am a firm believer that there is meaning in every interaction and to be able to meet so many wonderful people through this craft is truly a gift. 

​

To create, I think, is to live. And being a videographer? I get to create not only cherished films, but also relationships with my couples and their loved ones.  I am living at my best!
